faster than ever

Pushing the Owl to new records. After the success of the Aspark Owl, founder Masanori Yoshida challenged M.A.T. to go further. The SP600 uses the same powertrain and battery system, but the goal was clear: maximize top speed. M.A.T. refined aerodynamics and optimized airflow, turning an already extreme hypercar into a record-breaking machine, while keeping the original driving character that made the Owl extraordinary.

Pioneering Solutions 

Solving the impossible. Reaching speeds above 400 km/h required tires that didn’t exist. M.A.T. and Aspark partnered with Bridgestone to create custom Potenza RACE tires designed for the SP600. At the same time, M.A.T. ran intensive CFD simulations and wind tunnel testing to perfect aerodynamics. Every refinement pushed the Owl’s technology to its absolute limits, ensuring stability, safety, and maximum performance.

A New Speed Benchmark 

Breaking records without compromise. On June 8, 2024, Marc Basseng pushed the SP600 to 438.7 km/h, setting a new speed benchmark for electric hypercars. This achievement came from M.A.T.’s aerodynamic refinements, precise adaptation of Owl technology, and tailored solutions like high-performance tires. The SP600 shows how focused engineering, rigorous testing, and expert craftsmanship can elevate an existing hypercar to extreme new levels.
